仪器说明:

本仪器依据客户DC线测试标准080-1276-K中第7.12章要求设计加工,主要用于检测DC电线的抗座椅脚轮碾压能力。模拟办公室座椅的脚轮在电线上反复碾压,以此判断电线抗碾压的次数寿命。采用电机驱动,仪器带有不良品判断功能,当产品被碾压后而导致电线屏蔽层或导体与金属板接通时,仪器自动停机,并保持和记录碾压次数,并声光报警输出。

Instrument Description:


This instrument is designed and processed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 7.12 of the customer's DC line test standard 080-1276-K, which is primarily used to detect the anti-seat caster rolling capability of the DC wire. The caster wheels of the simulated office seat are repeatedly rolled over the wire to determine the number of times the wire is resistant to rolling. The instrument is driven by a motor, and the instrument is provided with a defective product judgment function. When the product is rolled, the wire shielding layer or the conductor is connected with the metal plate, the instrument is automatically stopped, and the rolling times are maintained and recorded, and the sound and light alarm is output.
