DSH 624A（GENERALITY）湿热处理的环境条件能否统一？

Subject: Humidity test requirements

Question:

Various IEC standards have requirements for humidity / temperature conditioning, but have different specifications for the test conditions.

- IEC 60065 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 2℃ or 40℃ +/- 2℃);

- IEC 60950-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 2℃ or 40℃ +/- 2℃);

- IEC 60601-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 1℃);

- IEC 61010-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 40℃ +/- 2℃);

- IEC 60335-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 1℃).

There does not seem to be a technical justification for the differencies in the specifications. Accordingly, it is suggested and recommended that the humidity / temperature specifications in the above standards be consistent.

Decision:

The chamber is to be set at 93% RH, with +/- 3% RH tolerance, at a convenient temperature between 20℃ and 30℃ or an appropriate higher temperature when required by the specific product standard, but the chosen temperature to be kept within +/- 2℃ during the test.

The standard specifications for the humidity are to be met at the reference / measuring point, where the controlling humidity sensor is located.

问题：

各IEC标准都对湿度/温度调节有要求，但对测试条件有不同的规范。

- IEC 60065    – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 2℃ or 40℃ +/- 2℃);

- IEC 60950-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 2℃ or 40℃ +/- 2℃);

- IEC 60335-1 – 93% +/- 3% (t 20-30℃ +/- 1℃)。

标准差异似乎没有技术理由。

因此，建议和推荐上述标准中的湿度/温度条件保持统一。

决定：

环境设置在93%RH，具有+/-3%RH容差，在20℃至30℃之间的合适温度或特定产品标准要求的更高温度，但在测试过程中要保持在所选温度的±2℃以内。

在控制湿度传感器所在的参考/测量点达到湿度的标准条件。

提示：

决议大意是两个：

1、没声明更高要求时，按对应标准条件作为默认条件；

2、湿度测量点以传感器所在位置为准。
